Important Notice
Consultation Required: Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements, quotation, and delivery timeline before placing any order. This ensures we understand your needs perfectly and can provide accurate pricing and timelines.
Payment Terms
Required when placing the order to commence work
Due before final delivery of completed work
Regular updates provided throughout the project
Note: Work will only commence after receiving the 40% deposit. Progress updates will be shared regularly to keep you informed about your project's status.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Structure for 40% Deposit:

| Work Not Started | 80% Refund | Full refund minus 20% processing fee |
| Up to 30% Completed | 30% Refund | 70% of deposit retained for work done |
| 50% or More Completed | No Refund | Full deposit retained |
Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations are only valid within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the above refund policy applies based on work progress.
General Terms & Conditions
- All projects require initial consultation to determine exact requirements and timelines
- Client approval is required at each major milestone before proceeding to next phase
- Revisions are included as per the project scope discussed during consultation
- Additional features or major changes may incur extra charges
- Final files will be delivered after full payment is received
Intellectual Property: All design files and intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
